More than 40 years ago, a father and son built this mini storage facility from the ground up—quite literally. Together, they cleared the land, poured the concrete, constructed the buildings, and hung every storage door by hand.
This isn't a corporate-owned facility or an investment property. It's a family legacy built on hard work, integrity, and a commitment to serving our neighbors.
Today, that legacy proudly continues under the same family, who remain dedicated to the core values that were established by their family, decades ago
Our family was born and raised in this community and have invested not only in this business, but also in the people who call this area home. We have deep local roots, attend church in the community, and believe that faith, family, and honest service are the foundation of lasting relationships.

So we have visual proof of rented units, and our locks are anti-theft.

Yes, on the 10th day you will be charged $10.00.
Each unit is treated for insects, mice, etc. prior to new move-ins. However, once you take possession of the unit, we don't have access to treat it further.
Yes, we have managers who live on-site.
